Silvia Sutton Healing Hands complementary therapies for body, mind and spirit I have been a practising complementary therapist now for thirty years.

I am fully trained and skilled in a range of therapies and believe a friendly and hands on approach truly improves the health and well-being of my clients. I have been professionally committed to the palliative care for those with cancer and heart failure at the Butterwick Hospice, Bishop Auckland. Currently I also work in partnership with Durham & Chester-le Street Carers Support offering treatments to carers.

Few simple ingredients for one of the taster recipes I’ve put together to hydrate the cells in the morning: 3 organic apples 🍎 , 1 pealed cucumber 🥒, 1 thumb fresh ginger 🫚 and turmeric, 1 big handful of Melissa and mint. Absolutely delicious and refreshing 💛. Did you know Melissa officinalis, commonly known as lemon balm, is a lemon-scented mint plant prized for its calming and antiviral properties. It is most widely used to reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, soothe cold sores, and ease indigestion. Love the food that loves you back! 💛
