This patient came to us with severe crowding and a high smile line, making careful planning particularly important from the outset.

Using Invisalign, alongside some fantastic patient compliance, we gradually corrected the crowding and improved the position of the teeth to create a straighter, wider and more even smile.

We finished with whitening to naturally lift the colour and bring everything together.

A great example of what can be achieved with careful planning, patience and Invisalign alone — no bonding or veneers needed. Just this patient’s own teeth, in a much better position and looking their best.

Great smiles are built on healthy foundations. ✨

Before we thought about changing the appearance of this smile, we spent time getting everything healthy and stable — including cleaning and working closely with our hygienist to improve the gum health.

With those foundations in place, we could move onto the ABC approach.

Invisalign was used to straighten the teeth, widen the smile and, importantly, improve the bite. We then used whitening to naturally lift the colour before completing the transformation with composite bonding.

The bonding allowed us to carefully improve the size, shape and proportions of the teeth, creating a fuller finish while retaining the natural character of the smile.

The result? Healthier foundations, straighter teeth, a wider smile and a fuller, brighter, naturally balanced finish. 😄

Next came whitening, which made a huge difference to the overall colour and brightness of the smile.
