We've had a fantastic couple of days in with the team delivering our Train The Trainer Moving and Handling Instructor.

A mix of theory and practical, putting these healthcare staff through their paces. Micro-teach, Risk assessments, sling assessment, equipment checks, mobility assessment and so much more.

An intense couple of days, but these staff rose to the challenge.

We've had the new bike for a couple of months now, and yesterday finally got round to adding our basic first aid kit.

Meant to be, as on our way home after a training session in today, we came across a young lady who had been knocked off her push bike on a roundabout near the A69 (by a car).

Thankfully a couple of drivers had pulled over, and we provided initial medical support until handed over to the Police and Ambulance service (The proper professionals).

The young lady seemed to be fine, her road bike also okay, more shook up. Support also provided to the elderly driver who collided with the cyclist and his passenger wife who was understandably concerned.

First aid kit not needed for this one, but feeling reassured that we had some basic kit should it be needed 🙏

It does pay to have a basic first aid kit with you as you never know when you may need it 🚨

We would just like to take this opportunity to pay our respects to the passing of Kevin Keegan, King Kev 🖤🤍

We were saddened to hear of the passing of the man, the legend, who brought us some of the most exciting football we've ever seen to the North East.

Although we are based in Ashington, which has such a strong football heritage itself, we still see ourselves as Geordies ⬛⬜⬛⬜⬛⬜

Over the years, we have been involved in Grassroots coaching, First Aid Medical Cover for Grassroots football and Football charity events. Three of our children play grassroots football and absolutely adore the beautiful game. Kevin Keegan paved the way for how a team should play..."The Entertainers"

Although we specialise in Medical Training, our second passion is football ⚽

Thank you for everything.

You'll never be forgotten.
