Ruth first joined me at my Mama & Me classes and became a regular face each week.
She then decided to join the 8 Week Reset to give herself a bit more structure, accountability and support alongside the classes.
Over the 8 weeks she:
✔️ Increased her protein intake
✔️ Became more conscious of her food choices
✔️ Felt more organised
✔️ Built the confidence to start a workout, even if she couldn’t always finish it
✔️ Improved her fitness and endurance
But one of the things that stood out most was what she said about the community.
Because sometimes it’s not just about the workouts.
It’s knowing there’s a group of mums cheering you on, understanding the challenges of motherhood and reminding you that you don’t have to do it alone.
