Pamela Rebanks (Pam Primrose )aged 65 years from Earby, died peacefully at Blackburn Royal Hospital on Sunday the 30th August 2026 with her husband Trevor by her side.

A funeral service to celebrate Pam's life will take place at St Cuthbert's Church , Lytham Road, Fulwood, Preston. PR2 3AR (This is the Church that Pam worshiped at) on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at 12:30 pm prior to a cremation at Preston Crematorium at 1:30 pm

Pam was a treasured and much loved wife of Trev Rebanks a devoted Mum, and Grand Mother, sister, a sister in law, step mum, aunty and friend to many.

Family flowers only please by request donations in lieu of flowers are being accepted for Action For Pulmonary Fibrosis and for St. Cuthbert's Church Fulwood.

The family has asked for people to wear bright colours for Pam to reflect her colourful and vibrant personality.

Garry Cooper aged 81 years from Earby passed away peacefully at Airedale Hospital on Saturday the 22nd August 2026 with his family by his side.

A funeral service to celebrate Garry's life will take place at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church Earby on Friday 4th September 2026 at 11:15 am prior to a burial in Earby Cemetery.

Garry was the loving husband of Margaret, and a devoted Dad to Michelle and Jodie a treasured grandad and a friend to many.

Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu of flowers are being accepted for cancer charities.

Following the sad passing of Greg Hudson aged 41 from Barnoldswick on the 12th August 2026, his family have asked us to share his funeral arrangements with you.

A funeral to celebrate Greg’s life will be held at Skipton Crematorium on Friday 11th September 2026 at 2pm.

Greg wouldn’t want anyone wearing all black so please feel free to dress smart casual, wear trainers if you want to as Greg loved them!

The funeral cortège will make its way around the town square in Barnoldswick prior to this for anyone who is unable to attend the service.

Although David had no family of his own he was well known in Nelson and the surrounding areas. He was an avid model maker loved his classic vehicles and vintage aircraft and was a great friend and work colleague to many.

A funeral service to celebrate David's life will take place at Burnley Crematorium on Tuesday 11th August 2026 at 2:30 pm

James Walker aged 70 Years from Burnley passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 with his daughter and grandson by his side, after a brave fight against cancer.

A service to celebrate James’ life will take place at the Burnley Cemetery Chapel on Monday 3rd August 2026 at 11:00 prior to a burial in the cemetery.

Donations in lieu of flowers are being accepted for Healthier Heroes who help James during illness and as a military veteran and ex member of the Queens Lancashire Regiment, allow him to stay in his home to the end with weekly visits.

Valerie Dixon aged 84 years from Earby and originally for Jarrow passed away peacefully at Favordale Home for the Elderly in Colne on Thursday 2nd July 2026 with her family by her side.

Valerie was the loving Mam to Janet, Neil and Alan. Mother in law to Anthony and Meg devoted Granny to Jack, Eleanor, Rebecca and Matthew, Gran Gran to Elias and Cora.

A funeral service to celebrate Valerie's life will be held at Skipton Crematorium on Thursday 16th July 2026 at 11am followed by a gathering at the Red Lion Earby.

Please come and celebrate Duncan's life at this informal gathering where we can swap stories and sing songs, drink b**r and tell tales in true Viking fashion, and mourn the passing but celebrate the life of our own kind and gentle giant.
