What started as a passion for helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing has grown into a business that supports individuals, communities and organisations across the region. To receive this award is a reflection of the amazing people we work with every day and the support we've received along the way.

Going on holiday does not mean your fitness goals have to go on holiday too ☀️💪

The key is adjusting your expectations, not abandoning your routine altogether.

You don't need perfect workouts, strict diets or hours in the gym. Focus on staying active, making smart choices where you can and enjoying yourself without guilt.

Remember, consistency isn't about what you do occasionally. It's about what you do most of the time.

Men’s Mental Health Week 💙

Looking after men’s mental health has always been something close to our hearts at Tri Wellness. In fact, it was one of the key reasons Rob started the business in the first place.

Too many men struggle in silence, feeling like they need to just "get on with it" rather than talk about what they're going through.

At Tri Wellness, we believe wellbeing is about more than fitness. It’s about creating environments where people feel supported, connected and able to prioritise both their physical and mental health.

Whether that comes through movement, community, conversation or simply checking in with someone, small actions can make a big difference.

A great day spent supporting the team at EON 💙

Throughout the day we delivered a range of wellbeing sessions designed to help employees reset, recover and better manage the physical and mental demands of work.

This included:
• 15-minute massage sessions running throughout the day
• A 30-minute breathwork workshop focused on stress management and recovery
• Two workshops around lower back pain, movement and improving dysfunction
• Two chair yoga sessions to help improve mobility and reduce tension

It was brilliant to see so many people getting involved and taking time to focus on their wellbeing.

A great day spent supporting the Emma event 💙

It was brilliant to see so many people taking time to focus on their wellbeing, whether that was through movement, recovery or simply stepping away from the day-to-day to reset for a moment.

Events like this are such an important reminder that wellbeing should not just be something people think about when they are struggling. Creating space for proactive support, conversation and healthier habits can make a real difference long term.
