Due to a number of late cancellations and appointment changes recently, we’d just like to gently remind you of our Cancellation Policy…

If you are unable to make your appointment we respectfully ask that you let us know by contacting us at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will enable us to offer your appointment to another client or reschedule our team member. Anything less than 48 hours is too short a time to make these arrangements and you will be charged a £50 cancellation fee.

If you simply don’t show up to an appointment, we have the right to charge full cost of the treatment.

We will of course take all the circumstances surrounding a cancellation into account but in the majority of situations it should always be possible to let us know in good time if you are not coming.
