As all of my regular clients will now know, sadly I’m no longer available for treatments.

I may come back to Neoma Therapies in the future and will keep this account active so that I can add in any updates if things change.

But for now, I would highly recommend Ashley at AMC Complementary Therapies. We did our training together and she is who I go to for my own treatments (so you know she must be good!). She’s based in Mid Calder so not too far from where I’m based.

Just a casual Thursday night, freezing my toosh off on what is usually a very quiet road, waiting to see and snap the Northern lights. What a success it was 🤩
First time I’ve ever seen them in person and it was 100% worth it 🥰

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I wanted to remind you that it’s ok not to be ok.

More than 1 in 7 UK adults say their mental health is currently either bad, or the worst it’s ever been.

I felt like I was as low as I could possibly get at the start of this year. Just existing rather than living.
Since the pandemic, it has felt like an uphill battle to keep my mental health in a good place but I am starting to feel like I am managing it a bit better now with a few different tools:

1. Regular reflexology treatments (obviously!)
2. Breath work
3. Taking time at the end of each day to focus on something that I’m grateful for
4. Cold water therapy
5. Regular counselling sessions
6. Taking time to focus on what my body and mind need

What I’m trying to say is, you don’t have to go through it alone 💜

I’m so excited as May is my birthday month and I love a good birthday celebration! 🎉
