Paul Banwell is a Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon based in the South East of England. Paul has developed an international reputation in the fields of cosmetic surgery, skin health and skin cancer and lectures worldwide on these subjects. He has published extensively and is a Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School. He has been listed in the Times Magazine as one of the UK's Top
100 Doctors (one of only 6 plastic surgeons) and is a familiar face in the National Media both on TV and in the Press. Paul is a full member of the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Paul specialises in all aspects of cosmetic surgery but is particularly well known for cosmetic breast surgery (breast augmentation, reduction and uplift), labiaplasty and mummy makeovers (tummy tucks, liposuction and body contouring). He has also pioneered some of the latest concepts in skin health and chemical peels and is an acknowledged expert in cosmeceuticals as well as being the Founder and Director of The Skin Institute UK and Chief Medical Director of Skin Associates Ltd in London. He is also the Head of The Melanoma and Skin Cancer Unit (MASCU) in East Grinstead which treats over 4000 skin cancer cases a year.
