REALISTIC DAY OF EATING 1,500 CALORIES! 🥣🍜
Breakfast 🍓
Greek yogurt (150g) + strawberries (100g) + ½ banana (50g) + choc fruit & nut mix (25g) + a sprinkle of cinnamon 🤎
➡️ Approx: 320 kcal | 22g protein | 35g carbs | 10g fat

Lunch 🥪
2 slices sourdough (90g) + reduced-fat soft cheese (30g) + chicken slices (80g) + lettuce 🥬
➡️ Approx: 360 kcal | 33g protein | 35g carbs | 8g fat

Dinner 🍽️
Chicken sausages (3 – 160g) + mashed potato (200g) + gravy (50ml) + broccoli (100g) 🥦
➡️ Approx: 520 kcal | 38g protein | 45g carbs | 16g fat

Drinks 🥤
Sugar-free Fanta & plenty of water 💧

Late-night snack 🍪
3 chocolate chip cookies (40g)
➡️ Approx: 200 kcal | 3g protein | 28g carbs | 9g fat

Total for the day: ~1,400 kcal | 96g protein | 143g carbs | 43g fat
