top tips for this one

1. widen collar bones and think of slightly rotating your upper arm bones as you press back

2. engage the legs strongly . stabilising the lower half of the body will free up the upper body

Semi Circle
i Love this exercise

personally i like to start slow and controlled

And when i feel the form is there ( some days better than others !)
I increase the speed

before reversing direction

And really it's more like a full circle than a semi circle
