Shire Radio covers both North and South Lanarkshire and they have recently branched out to create The Shire Lounge, where a select handful of presenters discuss various aspects of mental health and support.

Over the last few months I have been collaborating with my good friend Guthrie Handley to record a series of shows to discuss all things mental health related.

The shows are a conversational mix of chat and music and we hope our audience finds them helpful and informative, with guests appearing from time to time.
