We were trying to do a day in the life this morning.
But a broken mop killed the vibe. 🤣

Can we make it to 1K so Elise Graham (Miss Glasgow Finalist) can get pied in the face in a U-turn after volunteering her little sister for the Pie.

Elise has supported our last two events at Little Brains representing LAMH. 🥰

🗣 Neurodiversity in the workplace ❤️

Starting work can feel overwhelming, especially if you're neurodivergent. Many people don't realise there are laws, funding and support available to help make work more accessible.

We're delighted to welcome Lauren McKee, Neurodiversity Workplace Services Consultant, who will be delivering an informative and practical talk to help neurodivergent people and their families better understand their rights and the support available in the workplace.

📅 Saturday 1st August
🕕 6:00pm
📍 Little Brains Inclusive Wellbeing

Lauren will cover:
💙 Understanding neurodiversity in the workplace. 💙 Your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
💙 What reasonable adjustments are and how they can help.
💙 Access to Work funding and how to apply.
💙 Workplace needs assessments.
💙 Neurodiversity coaching and other support services.
💙 Practical tips for advocating for yourself at work.

This session is ideal for:
✨ Neurodivergent adults in work or looking for employment.
✨ Young people preparing for the workplace.
✨ Parents and carers wanting to understand future workplace support.
✨ Employers, professionals and anyone interested in creating more inclusive workplaces.

There is no prior knowledge needed, and Lauren will be available afterwards to answer questions.
Whether you're just starting your employment journey, already working, or supporting someone who is, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn how neurodivergent people can not only access work but truly thrive within it.

Everyone is welcome. 💙
