Have an open mind and heart to healing!
This is a space to turn up with the full intention of letting go, what no longer serves you. You will be guided throughout and supported in your healing journey.

Somatic Breathwork works with the nervous system rather than around it. Stress & emotion that was never fully discharged at the time that they happened can stay lodged in the body long after the event has passed. Specific patterns of breath are used to safely activate that stored survival energy, let it complete its cycle and then guide the body back into rest.

Hey !!! why don’t you add in the Restorative Yoga (part of your membership) before from 10:00 to 11:00; bring a light lunch and have a hot beverage and then we can go into this event. Why not make some REAL time for yourself
