having had time to decompress & reflect since Mum's funeral at Woking Crem last Thursday, I just wanted to say....

Any apprehension felt, simply evaporated in the manner in which you delivered the most sincere, immersive & heart felt service I, including my family have ever attended.

I am eternally grateful to you, I cannot thank you enough Paul, I/we simply could not have asked for anymore.
