Couldn’t think of a nicer way to kick off the bank holiday weekend than catching up with good friends & treating ourselves to a Jubilee afternoon tea at Fortnum & Masons & was friggin delicious 😋 👍

Happy International Women’s day to all you fabulous, successful, powerful Women who continue to inspire and impact in so many ways around the world💪🙏 To celebrate this special day I felt so privileged to be asked to speak at a friends lunch at her fabulous restaurant, which I thoroughly recommend, about my 24 year career serving as a Nursing Officer in the military and Queens Alexandra Nursing Corp and receiving my medal, the Royal Red Cross for running a hospital in Iraq and just feel so grateful to have worked and continue to work with so many fabulous and inspiring Women who have impacted my life in so many ways. I hope you are all celebrating today how fabulous you all are and how much of a difference you make to peoples lives 😀😀❤️
