Our third year back at Bracklesham Bay Tea Rooms & Garden 🌸😍 what an amazing Saturday morning 🥰 we connected to the beautiful world around us with a nature themed yoga flow, opening like flowers and flying like (wobbly!) birds 🕊️ 🌷

Then, of course, came the delicious breakfast-style afternoon tea 🥐🫖

Such a lovely morning filled with yoga, delicious food and fabulous company.

Already looking forward to the next one! 🫶 ✨

Things I secretly love about teaching yoga:
✨ The little chats before everyone settles in
✨ The big exhale at the beginning of class
✨ When someone falls asleep in Savasana
✨ Watching students become stronger without even noticing
✨ When you come for the yoga, but end up making friends along the way
✨ Those little unexpected tears that seem to say, "I needed that"
✨ When someone says “I nearly didn’t come, but I’m so glad I did.”
✨ The sleepy, dreamy, smiley gaze when we slowly rise from Savasana
✨ The class turning into a friendship group
✨ When someone comes back after months away and says, “I’ve missed this.”
✨ When I look around and think, how lucky am I to get to do this? 🥹 Thank you 💚🙏

Just dropping off some old bras this morning... Next time you have a little clear out, keep in mind that Eastney Community Centre has bra bank, a lovely way to give your unwanted bras a new home 🙌 🙏

Updating my 'about me' page today with some photos of the place where it all started, Rishikesh, India 🇮🇳🧘‍♀️

When I went to study yoga teacher training, it was more as a hobby rather than aspiring to become a yoga teacher.

Being in the Yoga Capital of the World made me fall in love with it even more and when I led my first class with my fellow students, it felt sooo right and natural, like I knew I had found my calling.

And here we are today… ✨🙏
