🌟 Celebrating two of our amazing team members! 🌟

We are delighted to celebrate our Moment Maker for July, Leanne Ryder, from our Hobbies Team. 💕 Leanne creates so many special moments with our residents, and her dedication shines through in everything she does. It is so clear just how much she genuinely cares, and the wonderful connections she builds with our residents make her so deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, Leanne! 👏

Our Team Member of the Month is Helen McPhee, Host! 🎉 Helen is incredibly dependable and is always willing to help, support and guide those around her. The quality of her work is outstanding, and her empathy towards both our residents and fellow colleagues is truly wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Helen, and she always goes above and beyond.

A huge congratulations to both Leanne and Helen! 🥳 Thank you both for everything you do and for being such wonderful members of our team. You are both incredibly deserving of this recognition! ❤️

A wonderful afternoon of double celebrations at Willingdon Park Manor! 🎉

This afternoon the team, residents, families and friends came together to celebrate two fantastic achievements.

Firstly, we're delighted that the home has been rated GOOD by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following its recent inspection.

Secondly, the home has been awarded OUTSTANDING in the company's internal Compliance Audit this week – another incredible accomplishment.

A huge well done to each and every one of you. These achievements are a reflection of your dedication, compassion and commitment to delivering outstanding care every single day. You should all be incredibly proud. 👏💚

It was a resident's wish to begin swimming lessons to help build the strength in his legs to aid him back to walking. Our wonderful carer Izabela has made this possible taking him each week. This has meant so much to Bee who is doing so well and walking further and further each day to meet his goal!
