There really is no place like home. 💚

We’re proud that our live-in carers helped this client remain in the familiar surroundings of his own home, close to the people he loved, for longer than his family had thought possible.

By taking the time to understand his individual needs and routines, his regular carer was able to provide adaptable, person-centred support filled with care, kindness and compassion.

Thank you to his daughter for sharing this wonderful five-star review and for trusting Trinity Homecare to support the whole family.

Care is about so much more than practical support. It is about trust, dignity and knowing that someone you love is being treated with genuine kindness and respect. 💚

We are incredibly grateful to receive this touching five-star review from the daughter of a client. Knowing that our care team provided her dad with compassionate, personal support while giving the whole family peace of mind means so much to us.

Thank you for placing your trust in Trinity Homecare and for sharing these thoughtful words.

For nine years, our team had the privilege of supporting one remarkable client to continue living independently in the home he loved.

By building trust, respecting his choices and adapting care as his needs changed, we helped him remain at home until the age of 101.

It's a story that reminds us that great care is built on relationships, compassion and taking the time to understand what matters most to each individual.

Every family hopes to find the right person to support a loved one and for one of our clients, that person was Susan.

From day one, Susan became more than a carer. She became a trusted part of the family.

Described as "the gift that keeps on giving," Susan's kindness, compassion and dedication have helped transform Mum's recovery. From supporting mobility and building confidence to encouraging independence every step of the way, her care has made a remarkable difference.

The family shared that they have complete trust in Susan and praised the genuine relationship she has built with Mum, saying she brings out the very best in her.

When asked how likely they would be to recommend Susan as a carer, their answer was immediate:

⭐ 10 out of 10.

Feedback like this remind us that outstanding care is about so much more than providing support. It is about building trust, creating meaningful relationships and helping people live well at home.

What does outstanding home care look like?

Often, it's not the tasks that make the biggest difference, but recognising when something has changed.

In Antony's case, our team noticed subtle signs that his health was deteriorating, escalated concerns quickly and worked closely with healthcare professionals to ensure he received the right support at the right time. Throughout, Antony's wishes remained at the centre of every decision, allowing him to remain at home with dignity and comfort.

This case study highlights the vital role domiciliary care teams play in recognising deterioration, advocating for clients and delivering truly person-centred care.

Building strong local partnerships helps us provide even better support to the communities we serve.

Recently, Richard, one of our Business Development Managers, met with Andrew Albon, Owner of Sussex Footcare, following his recent appointment as one of our Community Ambassadors.

Based at his practice in Eastbourne, Andrew and his team do fantastic work supporting the local community, providing expert footcare both from their clinic and out in the community, including across more than 50 care homes.

It was a great opportunity to learn more about the valuable work Andrew does and explore how we can continue working together to support older people to live well, safely and independently at home.
