Wednesday - 9.30 - 10.30 Open Air Yoga in the Holywell Retreat, Donations
Wednesday - 1.00-1.45 Lunchtime Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Friday - 1.00 - 1.45 Restorative Yoga at the Yoga Life Studio, £5
Sunday 10.00-11.00 Family Yoga at Yoga Life Studio £5/10
Sunday 11.15-12.15 Yoga for ALL

wow wow wow 🤩 what an incredible evening on the beach to honour the Strawberry Full Moon 🌕

So many of us met on the beach for the Luna yoga practice and witnessed the pink/orange moon rising from the sea 🌊 what a treat, very special 🪷
