We were so delighted to deliver the hamper and even more delighted that the hamper was so well received.

C H A R I T Y D A Y ❤️

What a great day we all had at the charity day that we proudly sponsored. Well done to for putting on a fantastic day raising lots of money for charity, promoting local businesses, holding a junior tennis competition and just bringing the local community together. We are touched and proud to have been apart of it.

We managed to:

✅ give out lots of FREE prizes to all the clever children and parents who took part in “Name that bone”.

✅ give lots of FREE advice and help a few people take control of their injuries, some of which were troubling them for some time

✅ complete a tonne of massages where we charged £5 for a short massage to which we raised a total of £200 which will go to charity along with the £450 we already raised and have donated.

✅ we had fun and got to bring our children with us to work which is never an option for us normally ❤️

✅ taking Clarence (our beloved skeleton) for his 3rd social outing in as many weeks which utterly knackered him out.

✅ we caught up with some old colleagues and pleased to say they all smashed the anatomy quiz 👏

We’d like to thank everyone who took part today, donated, came and had a chat with us, you were all super kind and we look forward to seeing you soon either hanging out at the cafe, in clinic for some of you, or just here and there.

W E L L D O N E ❤️

A massively congratulations and well done to our patients who ran their socks off in aid of charity 💛 They managed to raise just shy of £12,000!!! An amazing achievement. It was such a pleasure and honour to help out and donate to such an amazing cause.

We will look forward to sharing more and help raise awareness to this incredible story and journey that caused this fundraiser to happen. We are very pleased to say that this story has a very happy end to it 🥰 💪

F E E L I N G G O O D

It’s been a long time coming!!! We have replaced the clinic front (thanks to ) and installed our new sign (thanks to ) and rebrand (thanks to me 🤣)

We hope you like it. We went for a more simple but luxury look to compliment the status of the area where the clinic sits on Meads street, Eastbourne.

We still need to complete finishing touches but we are close to being finished..thank goodness. Our next phase is a new reception area to reflect our new branding. Can’t wait for you@all to see what we hav planned.

We officially launched our 3rd clinic today which is exclusive to staff inside the college itself.

We are very proud and honoured to have been chosen and trusted with providing top tier physiotherapy to a top tier independent school.

We met so many staff members and students today. To win a prize you had to point to the boney landmark we had described. There were some easy, medium and some tricky ones. I’m pleased to say I am very impressed with some of the human anatomy knowledge from all at Eastbourne college. Especially when some of the landmarks were coracoid process, ischial tuberosity, p***c symphysis and xiphoid process.

We look forward to working with you and thank you so much for making us feel like part of the extended team. Everyone, staff and students alike were so welcoming, polite, kind and super keen to get involved and learn a bit too (I hope).

Exciting times ahead for sure.

T H A N K F U L

Sometimes when everything is 100mph and full on, we sit on a Sunday afternoon for 10 mins and just reflect on our journey as a clinic since opening in 2017. It’s moments like this that suddenly flood your brain with gratitude.

We are so proud of how far we’ve come. From a 1 man band, to a large team a multiple clinics seeing well over 20,000 patient contacts per year.

We have so many exciting things to announce that we cant quite do for a few more weeks but we are feeling the love from local businesses, large organisations, and most importantly our lovely patients. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and helped us along the way. It’s been tough. We’ve negotiated Covid, government changes, policy changes, sadness, happiness and all the rest in between.

These pictures just show how long it took to get to a level worthy or winning awards like these ones on . What makes me even more proud is the consistency at that level and determination from all our staff to stay there, and win it 3 years in a row. Our promise to you is that we will always strive to be there providing a service that’s worthy of winning awards.

We have also won 🏆 Quality business awards the last 2 years in a row and have been in the clinics for over 5 years in a row for Eastbourne.

I feel like an imposter sometimes but I think it’s time I start celebrating this more and press on to strive to ensure our clinics can continue this level for another 9 years as we approach our 10th birthday.
