Welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmation, the first one for August. This week is all about being Worthy, so many people, for various reasons, lose self-worth when there has been difficult times in their life. This Affirmation tells us that we are worthy of success and abundance in all areas of our lives. Repeating the affirmation daily will build self-worth and self-confidence back into ourselves.
The Affirmation is "I am worthy of success and abundance in every area of life". I hope that you will try this Tuesday Affirmation.
From the Law of Attraction, we know that to have what we want in our lives we have to Ask for what we want, Believe we have it already, then we will Receive it. Affirmations are the way to bring what we want into reality, the more we use them the quicker we have the life we dream about.

Hi everyone, welcome to this week's Tuesday Affirmations. This week I thought we would look at kindness, I don't think some of us realise the difference a small act of kindness can make to someone else. When you extend grace to a stranger or offer a listening ear to a friend, you activate a powerful current of healing.
These small, intentional acts cost nothing, yet they hold the power to shift someone's entire universe. In a world that often praises sharpness and speed, choosing gentleness is an act of profound courage.
This week's Tuesday Affirmation is "In a world where you can be anything, be kind". I would love you all to try this one, the more kindness we can share with everyone, the nicer our world will become. Choosing kindness will transform the world around you.

This week I thought we would look at Gratitude and why it is a really good practice to do, not just as an Affirmation but as part of our daily routine. Gratitude is an important part of our spiritual path. It tells Spirit that we are thankful for all the help that we receive. The more grateful we are for what we receive the more blessings and answered prayers we receive.
This week our Tuesday Affirmation is "I am grateful for my wonderful friends" . Please feel free to change Friends for Family or anything else you feel you want to use in its place. I use gratitude every day and for anything that I'm grateful for at the time, the red light that changes to green as I approach it, someone pulling out of the parking space I needed just as I arrive, a busy road that clears as I want to join the main road traffic.I hope you will enjoy trying the use of Gratitude, not just as our Tuesday Affirmation, but also during the coming weeks.

"I choose to make the rest of my life the best of my life" I felt that this one puts the control back into our lives, it says.... I choose..... not I'm told, not I have too. not I should... but I choose. to make my own decisions.
