Today, we talked about all the things you find easier now than you did a month ago, and most of you mentioned feeding, sleeping, communicating with your baby, or simply leaving the house with one or more children.

Some of you said walking feels much easier now that you’ve welcomed your baby Earthside. A few of you said the days are more fun, with lots more to do and include in one day compared to when your baby was younger.

It’s also a big win when you no longer have to worry about how much milk your baby is receiving, and you’re able to enjoy your breastfeeding journey without weighing your baby. Or when you feel confident enough to go out because you know there’s a trusted person who can look after your little one.

All of your comments highlighted just how much we worry about our babies, but with time and practice, those worries begin to ease.

Thank you for joining us, and we hope to see you next week! ❤️

❓ Did you know that it's quite common for babies to have a preferred breast. 🤯

They may latch more easily, feed for longer, or seem happier feeding from one side than the other.

This can happen for lots of reasons, including differences in milk flow, positioning, or simply because one side feels more comfortable for your baby.

✨ In many cases, a preferred side is completely normal. However, if your baby is consistently refusing one breast or you're worried about feeding, it can be helpful to seek support to identify if there's an underlying reason.

Remember, every breastfeeding journey is unique, and we're here to help if you need us. 💜

💡 Fun Fact Friday!

Did you know your baby's saliva may help communicate with your body during breastfeeding? 🤯

When your baby feeds, their saliva comes into contact with your ni**le, allowing your body to respond by adjusting the composition of your milk to help meet your baby's changing needs.

It's just one of the many incredible ways breastfeeding adapts throughout your feeding journey, without you even realising. 💜
