🪞 "The President is unsuited to lead" was the first piece of feedback I ever received as a leader, sitting in a dimly lit wine bar.
🔎 That moment introduced me to the practice of honest self-study, paving the way towards conscious leadership, through becoming a non-judgmental witness of ourselves, using feedback to find our blind spots, and summoning the particular kind of courage that self-reflection requires.
