🍂 Evening Exhale 🍂

What a beautiful evening. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Evening Exhale.

It was such a joy to welcome back familiar faces from our retreats and wellbeing events, and equally lovely to welcome new faces into our little community. ✨

Together, we created a beautiful space to pause, breathe, listen, receive and reconnect with ourselves and with one another.

A special thank you to Willo for sharing her beautiful sound healing and creating such a peaceful, immersive experience. 🎶

And although the weather decided that our evening would be indoors, perhaps it gave us exactly what we needed, a cosy space to slow down and truly exhale. 🌧️🤍

Thank you for trusting us with your evening and for bringing your energy, openness and presence.

Leaving lighter than we arrived. 🍂✨

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds you what community is all about. ❤️

Families and friends of St David’s Boat Club took to the water for our 6th Annual Sponsored Swim, swimming from St David’s Beach to Moelfre Beach — around 3 miles — to raise money for the amazing Moelfre RNLI. 🌊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Some swimmers took on the full 3 miles (definitely not me! 😅), while others swam whatever distance they could manage. Different abilities, different distances… but all in it together. 💙

And what a sight it was! The fancy dress was brilliant — pirates, lobsters, wigs, tutus and goodness knows what else making their way across the water! 😂🏴‍☠️🦞🩰

Over the past five years, this amazing event has raised more than £25,000 for Moelfre RNLI, and this year the hope is to add even more and take that incredible total beyond £30,000. 🙌

The RNLI is there for people when they need help most, and supporting the volunteers who give their time, energy and often put themselves in danger to help others feels like something really worth getting behind.

Once everyone was safely back on dry land, the celebrations began! 🎉

A fantastic beach party with food, music, laughter and families all coming together… followed by dancing the rest of the night away in the bar. 🍔🎶💃

And we're not quite finished yet…

Round 2 is this afternoon! 🎉
Raffle, live music and hopefully another chance to add to that fundraising total. 🤞❤️

So here's to the swimmers, the supporters, the boat crews, the organisers, the fancy dress legends and everyone who has donated.

What a day. What a community. What a brilliant cause. ❤️

If you'd like to support this amazing fundraiser, you can still donate here:

33 years ❤️

33 years ago today, we said “I do”, we’re still doing it 🫶

A lot has happened since these clips were filmed… plenty of highs, a few challenges, lots of laughter, and a family we couldn’t be more grateful for.

It’s safe to say, we’re not the most romantic couple but we’ve always been pretty good at the important stuff. Sticking together, figuring things out, and choosing each other and the family we’ve created.

33 years of marriage, countless memories, two amazing children, and a whole lot of life lived.

Wouldn’t change it. ❤️

Happy 33rd anniversary to us! 🥂

🌿 There are SO many things I love about Tropic… but today I wanted to talk about something that’s really important to me — how much thought goes into what happens to our skincare packaging when we’ve finished with it. 🌍

You might have seen me showing you the clever little INNERBOTTLE™ inside Tropic moisturisers.

It’s essentially an airless, medical-grade silicone balloon that sits inside the glass bottle, meaning you can squeeze out every last drop of your moisturiser. No product left hiding around the sides. No unnecessary waste. 💧

And when it’s empty, the clever bit continues…

✨ The glass bottle can be recycled at home
✨ The pump and lid can be reused with a refill
✨ The INNERBOTTLE™ balloons can be returned to Tropic
✨ Collect five empty balloons and Tropic will send you a £10 product voucher ♻️

Tropic’s skincare packaging is designed to be recyclable, reusable or refillable, and they have a return scheme for products that aren’t as easy to recycle through your local council. They’re also a landfill-free brand, with waste either recycled or recovered for energy. 🌱

And this is just one of the reasons I love being part of Tropic.

It’s skincare that combines fresh, effective formulations, plant-powered ingredients, clinical testing, ethical credentials and a genuine focus on doing better for our planet. 🌿 Tropic makes 98% of its products fresh at its Surrey HQ, and many products carry recognised certifications including COSMOS Organic and Leaping Bunny.

Is it perfect? Probably not — and Tropic themselves talk about progress, not perfection. But I really value being part of a company that keeps looking at how it can do things better. 💚

And if you’re wondering what would actually work for YOUR skin, you don’t have to navigate the range alone.

I offer a FREE personalised skincare analysis and I can also help you find the right skincare and makeup products for your needs — completely without pressure.

💌 Just send me a message and let’s have a chat.

Or pop over to my Tropic shop — link in bio 🌿

Healing doesn't only happen in the treatment room.

Some of the most beautiful moments happen around a fire pit...

Walking through woodland...

Sharing laughter...

Breathing deeply...

Simply feeling safe enough to pause.

That's why I created my retreats.

They're not about escaping life. They're about creating space to reconnect with yourself, slow down and listen to what you need.

✨ And that's exactly the intention behind my next experience, Evening Exhale — an evening of gentle reflection, body wisdom and sound healing, created to help you pause, release the day and reconnect with yourself.

📅 Thursday 27 August
🕡 6:30–9pm
📍 Bromborough

If you feel like you could use a little space to simply be, I'd love you to join us.

What a wonderful bunch of ladies 💛

It was such an honour to spend time with the women of Time for Tea, creating a little space away from the busyness of life. Time for themselves, time to simply be, and time to connect.

From gentle movement and BodyTalk, to learning self-care techniques, enjoying nourishing food, oracle cards and a little relaxation in the hot tub… there was plenty of opportunity to pause, breathe and listen.

But perhaps my favourite part was simply being there and listening to the conversations, laughter, and shared experiences.

Thank you, ladies, for welcoming me into your space and allowing me to share a few ideas and tools to support your health and wellbeing. 🌿

I hope you each went away with a little more knowledge, a little more self-belief, and perhaps a reminder that you deserve time for you, too. 💕

Ben Nevis — done. 🏔️💙

This one really tested me.

The weather conditions were dreadful, particularly on the descent. Cold, wet, windy and and slippy.

There were definitely moments when I had to dig deep and simply focus on putting one foot in front of the other.

But sometimes, that's how resilience works. You don't necessarily feel strong or confident. You just keep going, one step at a time, and discover you're capable of more than you thought.

And perhaps that's something we can all take from it. We each have our own mountains to climb, challenges that can feel overwhelming at the time, but looking back, we may realise just how much we've already managed to overcome.

So today I'm feeling tired, very proud… and extremely grateful. 😂

And every soggy step was for a reason. We climbed to raise money for PHAB Wirral, bringing disabled and non-disabled people together to build genuine friendships, reduce isolation, and create opportunities where everyone can take part equally.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me so far. Every donation helps make the challenge worthwhile. 💙
