We supposed to open next week. However, estimates by the Office for National Statistics suggest there are currently 8,000 cases per day in England alone. As the situation is still quite uncertain, so we decide continue to close rather than open. Sorry for any inconvinence caused.

We are pleased to announce that following recent changes in governmental guidelines and following the advice and strict guidelines of our governing body, we will be reopening in a reduced capacity from Monday 1st June. There will be a number of measures put in place to maximise the safety of both patients and staff.

The openning time is Monday to Friday 10:00am to 2:00pm.

These hours will be reviewed on a regular basis depending on demand for the service.
Appointment times will be set with a 20-minute gap between each appointment to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitisation, completion of consent forms, as well as application of PPE for patients and staff.
You are expected to use common sense and avoid coming into the clinic if you show any signs and symptoms of Covid-19 , which can be found on the NHS website. Anyone accompanying you on your journey will be asked to wait outside the building or return at the end of your treatment.
On arrival at the clinic, until your appointment time, we would ask you to wait in your car. You will then be invited in by your acupuncturist.
All patients and carers/chaperones will be asked to wash their hands immediately on arrival in the clinic, and all patients must wear a mask. We can provide masks for a cost price fee of £1.50 but would prefer you bring your own if at all possible. You will be asked to complete a consent form before each session. We will also take your temperature using a non-contact infra-red thermometer. Should this exceed 37.8 degrees Celsius you will respectfully be asked to leave and monitor their temperature for 48 hours or follow self-isolation guidelines. Your acupuncturist will leave windows and doors slightly ajar to allow for air flow through the room.
Your privacy will be maintained at all times.
At the end of your treatment you will be asked to wash your hands again before vacating the room.
We maintain that the appointments should be reserved for those with urgent need for assessment and treatment, and where possible a 'virtual assessment' should take precedence.Any new patient or new injury assessments will take place virtually before deciding on the necessity for face to face treatment.

A friend working in London was suffering with a cough, shortness of breath and a fever. His Doctor tested his blood which looks normal except CRP-20, A X-ray shows lower respiratory tract infection. It is a suspected COVID-19 case and the doctor was unable to check him for COVID-19 and told him to quarantine at home and antibiotic was given with paracetomol. His symptons were getting worse. As Chinese herbs were proved effective in treating COVID-19 in China, he asked for help. His symptoms and tongue were checked online and mixed herbs were given. After three days, his body temperature was back to normal; one week later the shortness of breath was hugely improved, and now he is back to normal.
