Today we kicked off the World Cup with our own game of football, the residents beat me hands down, I don't think I was quite cut out to be a goalie

Today is world oceans day which inspired today's activity. We enjoyed matching shells to the outlines, we chatted about thee different oceans they may have come from, creatures that may have inhabited some of them and our favourite memories of the sea. Some of us also had our hair styled today by Michele.
We finished the day by sorting the beautiful flowers we were generously donated from the one life autism support group. We are so very grateful for them. Details of some of their groups can be found online and on our pictures.

Yesterday morning was Birdcage cleaning morning, there's a lovely lady who is always ready to lend hand. We then enjoyed a cheese and wine tasting afternoon with a cheese quiz as it was national cheese day.
Today we have made some turtles and our quiz afternoon was themed on the environment as its world Environment Day today

Yesterday we themed our activities around Italy. We enjoyed a game of Italian food bingo and made Amalfi Pottery inspired Lemons, we listened to Italian music and just like the song says we had just one cornetto!
