Thought we’d introduce ourselves as it’s been a while, so, hi! 😊

We are your Surrey-based Wellbeing Retreat Centre….but not one of those new, jump-on-the-trend, pop up wellness spot, kinda places. We’ve been around for over 70 years offering genuine healing, rest and renewal for all. 🤍

Solstice

Happy solstice and international yoga day! ☀️

Yoga has given me so much..

☀️Healing from injury and chronic recurring pain (not gone, just better)
☀️Improved resilience in times of distress and challenge
☀️Conscious choices around food and drink
☀️Zero-use of medications and therapists for anxiety and panic (+7 years on SSRIs, now none!)
☀️A wonderful community of like minded people ❤️

I’m taking the summer off teaching to dive into my own personal practice and will come back with my class offering from October.

Remember what you focus on amplifies.. I choose tranquility, gratitude, abundance and peace for all ❤️🙏
