This will be the final CPD session of this format and at this price point for 2026. I am currently developing and expanding this topic into a more in-depth programme delivered over several days, offering participants a deeper understanding and more practical application.

At a time where owners are doing their utmost to understand and treat their horses, and therapists are investing annually in educational programs to refine their intuition, understanding, and analytical skills, I feel something is missing... we only talk about treatments to provide relief once a problem has already taken hold.
Opinions differ, views clash, and tempers flare, yet there is surely one thing we can agree on: the prevention of diseases, pathologies, and dysfunctions to avoid them.

And yet, this topic is never addressed.

Do we truly understand horses ?—their biology, their physiology, and how they relate to the world around them?

Shall we not change our approach and our way to work around horses as professionals and owners?

We are treating individuals better and better, but in ever-increasing numbers.

We, humans, have a critical role when it comes to equine disease prevention

This topic comes up very frequently in my conversations with other equine industry professionals. While some countries strictly regulate and protect equine healthcare professions, I am still sometimes appalled to see—particularly in England—ultra-short or distance-learning courses that promise the moon. The moment we lay hands on a living creature to improve its well-being, our knowledge of biology, physiology, anatomy, behavior, and how to read a horse must be rock-solid.

I have never understood how an online course can teach a job that is, 99% of the time, hands-on.

Do your own research when bringing in a professional for your horse... and... don't be fooled by online popularity on social media.

This product is available in three sizes, 4kg, 1kg and 150gr. The smaller products allow you to test the products and enjoy the benefits. Available to purchase from both horse owners and equine professionals. All these products are in a paste form so very easy to apply and to remove.

A look back at our spring workshop, where we were warmly welcomed by HN Equine Therapies (who did everything to ensure the day went wonderfully)!

Enriching exchanges, great weather, cooperative horses, cakes, and lots of laughter.

As I slowly find my way back into life, I’m happy to share a few updates about my algotherapy treatments. It feels good to reconnect with what I love!

I still honor treatments in the areas I usually cover; however, as I cannot be everywhere I am happy to recommend two lovely and knowledgeable ladies I trained.
