If you are aged 75-90 years of age and living with type 2 diabetes, you may be able to help take part in this exciting research to improve diabetes management.

We are still recruiting for our study at the University of Birmingham School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences, looking at how pre-meal whey protein can improve blood glucose.

Are you interested in participating in exciting research at the University of Birmingham to help us understand healthy ageing and how we can prevent age-related decline in muscle function?

We are looking for a wide array of people aged 50-80 who may be interested in taking part in studies which will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to advancing research, learn more about ageing, physiology and nutrition, as well as many studies offering financial remuneration for your participation!
