Celebrating 17 Years of Care: Springwood Healthcare Services Ltd Marks a Milestone at Northolt Community Hall đź’ś

Wednesday June 24 , 2026 was a day of pride, gratitude, and celebration as Springwood Healthcare Services Ltd hosted its 17th Year Anniversary & Staff Awards at the Northolt Community Hall, Harrow.

For 17 years, Springwood has been rooted in compassion, excellence, and community. Today we paused to honour that journey, reflecting on lives supported, milestones achieved, and the incredible team that makes it all possible.

A Celebration for Everyone
The hall was filled with warmth and joy as service users, families, friends, guests, and colleagues came together. The Deputy Mayor of the London Borough of Harrow, Councillor Mina Parmar, joined us and had the honour of presenting awards to our outstanding staff. Her presence and words of recognition added a special touch to the occasion.

Good food is part of every celebration, and today was no different. Guests enjoyed an array of assorted snacks and drinks, Biryani, Jollof rice, sandwiches, pasta, fresh salad, meat pie, and sausages, a true taste of community and culture.

Honouring the Heart of Springwood: Our Staff
The highlight of the day was recognising dedication. We celebrated:
• Staff Awards for our current team, shining a light on commitment, compassion, and excellence shown every day
• Staff Appreciation for former staff , because the Springwood family is forever, and every person who’s been part of this journey helped build what we are today

Your hard work, late nights, and care for those we support do not go unnoticed. Thank you for being the heartbeat of Springwood.

Bringing the Celebration to All
We know not everyone could be in the room, so we streamed the event live via Google Meet and on Facebook so families and friends near and far could join in. Clicking the link and seeing familiar faces from their screens reminded us that care and community go beyond four walls.

Looking Forward
17 years is a milestone, but it’s also a stepping stone. Today we celebrated where we’ve come from and the people who got us here. Tomorrow, we continue with the same mission: providing high-quality, person centred care with dignity and respect.

To everyone who attended, sent messages, joined virtually, and supported Springwood over the years, thank you. This anniversary belongs to you.

Here’s to the past we honour, the present we celebrate, and the future we’ll build together.
