Suitable from birth (around the 6 week stage is best) to pre-crawling.

Aww this is so nice. I run small baby massage classes so your name doesn’t get lost. I write it on a piece of paper along with your baby’s name, I pop it at your mat so everyone can see it and I make a point of saying your name when I ask how you are, for a reason 😉

Hello! Welcome to Nicola Wilson Hypnobirthing and Baby Classes ✨

I run regular blocks of baby massage and often have a waiting list, so just get in touch if you’d like your name added. I adore these classes and love welcoming new parents. Groups are kept small for a supportive environment and many a friendship has been made here over the years ♥️

Hypnobirthing classes are available on request. I don’t run them as regularly as I used to, as family life is incredibly busy at the moment and my main job is Clinical Hypnotherapy. But I still love all things birth related and am keen to give families support to have the best birth experience possible. Hypnosis is a wonderful addition to your pregnancy and birth and the benefits are incredibly far reaching.

Hypnomothering, a 4.5 hour relaxation class perfect for Mums emotional load, is again available on request at the moment. If there are one or two people interested, I will advertise a day and get a small group together for lots of deep relaxation, stress reduction and a tasty lunch, including tea/coffee and home baking. If you keep in touch with your baby massage group and would like to book together, please get in touch for a group discount.

I’ve been meaning to put my thank you cards back up after redecorating my therapy room, for months! Those of you who do hypnotherapy sessions with me will be familiar with what little step we need to take and this has been mine for far too long! So I finally found a time to do it and it actually felt like the very right time. Family life and work has been extremely busy and spare time is scarce just now and I’ve maybe not been reflecting as positively as I recommend my clients do! But I took time this afternoon to get the pile of cards that I’d carefully put away back out and back on the wall. I read them all and so many warm and happy memories came back of all you wonderful people I’ve worked with. All my clients, my babies and Mums. I felt so much gratitude and love for everyone who has been part of what I decided to set up when I made the absolutely monumental decision to no longer continue to be a speech and language therapist in 2018. So…feeling enormous love for you all on my wee wall of memories and all the gratitude for each other ♥️

2 spaces left for cosy baby massage classes starting on Tuesday 13th Jan in Kirkliston. Lovely home venue with underfloor heating for babies.
These classes have been running for over 10 years and they are a delight ☺️
On from 10:00-11:30am. 5 week block. £73 includes massage oil for baby, e-handouts, tea/coffee and delicious home baking.

Thank you honestly everyone. I really can’t believe it. Because I never imagined making this much, I will donate to the families and to a couple of Palestinian charities. I will update on where it’s gone to ❤️

and two younger sisters. His mum is getting older and all the responsibility of providing food, warm clothes, shelter and paying the rent to the landowner to place their tent, is on his shoulders. So thank you everyone for your generosity xx
