And the second workshop with .physio is a Pilates for Golfers 90 minute workshop on Thursday 24th July 6.30pm . 10 years ago I created a Pilates for Golfers course for teaching instructors about how Pilates can help the movement requirements of the golf swing. This workshop will cover a few golf specific exercises and will include some video links that participants can download.
