Today, our Douglas took a walk along to the post box so that he could post our residents responses to the recent Care Inspectorate questionnaires. Errands like this are a vital part of supporting independent living, and are the things that people miss the most. At Heatherfield, we are constantly looking for ways to help our ladies and gents reclaim their independence. Douglas was delighted, but was ‘thoroughly knackered’ once he returned home 🥰
