A lot of people ask me how often I train and what I do. As a Personal Trainer you might think I train 6+ days a week but I actually just have a 4 day split :
1 upper body day pull focused
1 lower body glutes focused
1 upper body day push focused
1 lower body quad focused

And that is it 💁🏼‍♀️

You don’t have to over do it to make progress , if you’re training with purpose you’ll meet your goals

If you’re struggling with dieting it means you’re probably over restricting and cant stick to it! Your nutrition shouldn’t be a diet just for a little bit but you should implant changes that you can keep forever so also the progress that you make stays 💪🏼

Your health should always be a priority… a lot of people don’t exercise out of lack of time. You can work on your health with only 30 minutes a day!

Sadly it is all about what you prioritise in life, do you value your screen time and watching TikTok’s over your health ?

Look at your day and week hour by hour to pick times that would be possible for exercise, it doesn’t have to be gym, it could be a run, a walk or even a dance 💃

Do you have a sweet tooth and are constantly looking for recipes that are quick and low in calories ? I got you!

These cookies took me a max of 20 minutes and only made 6 so it’s perfect is you’re making some sweet treats for the week

1 cookie is 127 kcals and 7g of protein and all you need are;

1 banana
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 scoop of protein powder

* additionally you can top with some chocolate (I’ve shed 70% dark chocolate )

Honestly I’d give them a good 7/10 rating 🤤

It’s all about the body positioning on this to make sure you’re not using your lower back ❌

How you feel in a gym can make a huge difference in your experience. Don’t let anyone tell you what to wear. Gym can be a fashion show AND a place to workout- those two do not contradict each other 💃

If you want to wear matching sets, baggy joggers, shorts, a sports bra .. honestly who cares. As long as you’re comfortable and confident you should do YOU!

Personally when I like what I’m wearing I feel so much more confident and somehow I always get a PB 💁🏼‍♀️

For all of you with the sweet 🦷

I love having a dessert for breakfast and this recipes allows me to do PLUS get my protein in 💪🏼

All you need is 3 ingredients:
1 banana
2 eggs
A coop of protein powder
* additionally some yogurt for the topping

This moment right here is exactly why I love my job so much. All my clients make me incredibly proud on a daily basis and it genuinely makes me excited to go to work everyday

Yes we both cried and yes I’m not ashame to admit it. This was a beautiful moment after we both gave our 100% to this race and I wouldn’t want to share it with anyone else 👯‍♀️

Exercise can change your life and it is never too late ! If you want to sign up for a race or try something new you shouldn’t wait. NOW is the best time for it!

Have you been struggling to actually feel core when doing core ???

I’ve had a few clients and friends recently who struggle with this! 🙅

1st step should be looking at the exercise choices: making sure you are working the deep core muscles and not just focusing on looks

2nd step is checking your form: lower back should be glued into the mat at all times to ensure lower back isn’t taking over

3rd step is working on your tempo. People do care super fast 💨 but it doesn’t always help, slower reps are better reps 🏅

Holidays are for enjoying yourself BUT if you have a goal in mind and you want to simply stay on track your two things to look at are ; movement and food.

This can be as simple as walking everyday and prioritising protein and veggies through the day alongside the usual holidays treats
