What’s important to you??

I cannot stress this enough.. training for looks will not get you far and that’s only because it doesn’t come from a place of love most of the time. Picking goals that are more meaningful will help you stay motivated for much longer

Your body will change as you age and go through different stages of life so let’s pick new goals 🙌🏻
