A lot of people ask me how often I train and what I do. As a Personal Trainer you might think I train 6+ days a week but I actually just have a 4 day split :
1 upper body day pull focused
1 lower body glutes focused
1 upper body day push focused
1 lower body quad focused
And that is it 💁🏼♀️
You don’t have to over do it to make progress , if you’re training with purpose you’ll meet your goals
