Another great pop-up event at PureGym Craigleith! 🙌🏻

Journey Chiropractic and .edinburgh teamed up to bring together two key parts of health and wellbeing: spinal health and nutrition.

While Ezra from Journey Chiropractic provided complimentary spinal screenings and advice on posture, mobility, and back health, Noursi introduced members to their delicious high-protein meal prep bowls to support their fitness goals and busy lifestyles.

It was fantastic meeting so many friendly gym members, having great conversations, and helping people take positive steps towards feeling and performing their best.

It was great meeting so many people, chatting about spinal health, posture, recovery, and helping people better understand their bodies through our spinal screenings. Huge thanks to Noursi for serving their incredible Asian-inspired high-protein bowls! Healthy food and healthy spines are always a good combination 🙌🏻

What a day at the marathon finish line yesterday 🤩🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

Huge congratulations to everyone who showed up, put in the miles, pushed through the training, and crossed that finish line. Whether it was your first marathon or your fastest one yet, the discipline, consistency, and hard work behind every step deserves real recognition. Extra proud of a few of you that we know personally who absolutely smashed it 🧡

Recovery matters just as much as training. Research shows that after long-distance running, gentle walking, mobility work, hydration, and prioritising spinal movement can help reduce stiffness and support recovery by improving circulation and reducing load on the joints and lower back. Don’t underestimate the importance of recovery after 13.1/26.2 miles!

Edinburgh Marathon weekend energy was unmatched. Rest up, refuel well, and enjoy the achievement, you earned it 🏅

This weekend, Ezra attended the Applied Kinesiology seminar “Management of Peripheral Nerve Entrapment & Joint Dysfunction” in London! 📚

Always continuing to learn and develop our clinical skills so we can better support people dealing with nerve-related symptoms, joint dysfunction, neck pain, back pain, movement restrictions, posture concerns, trauma and sports injuries.

At Journey Chiropractic, we’re passionate about combining hands-on chiropractic care with evidence-informed approaches to help our community move and feel better.

A successful spinal screening event at 🙌🏻

It was such a great turnout, and it was amazing meeting so many of you, chatting about spinal health, posture, your training routine and injury recovery. We hope the advice and spinal checks were helpful and gave you a better understanding of how to look after your spine and overall wellbeing.
