Hi, I'm Ana. 🤍
If you're navigating conflict — with a partner, a colleague, a neighbour, or within yourself — you don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with families, teams and individuals to restore connection and find clarity, whether that's through mediation, systemic therapy, ASN-focused support, or conflict coaching.

My background as a teaching assistant supporting children with additional needs shapes how I approach every family I work with — with genuine understanding.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to getting support isn't taking the first step—it's simply getting there.

For some people, it's a lack of transport. For others, it's living in a rural area, having a disability, caring for family, or feeling that online sessions just aren't the right fit.

Everyone deserves access to support, regardless of their circumstances.
That's why I'm now offering home visits for selected services.

Whether you're looking for Family Constellations, a Genogram session, OH Cards, or Parenting & Conflict Coaching, I can bring a calm, confidential and supportive space to you.

📍 Available across the Scottish Borders and surrounding areas. 🚗 A travel fee applies depending on your location.

Tuesday morning. A new week begins.
There is something quietly powerful about showing up — for yourself, for your family, for the patterns you are finally ready to change.
Today I open the space again for Family Constellations sessions — a gentle, systemic approach to healing family trauma, breaking generational cycles, and finding your place within your own story.
If you have been carrying something that feels too big to name — grief, disconnection, anxiety, a sense of not belonging — Family Constellations work can help you see it from a different angle. Not to fix it overnight, but to begin to understand it. And in understanding, to find release.

This work is for people who feel stuck despite doing everything right. For those who sense that what they are living is not entirely their own. For anyone ready to look honestly at family patterns, inherited emotions, and systemic entanglements — and to gently, compassionately, begin to untangle them.

Sessions available in person in the Scottish Borders and online. Also available in Portuguese.
