Wow what a weekend !

Signed up to redo my Slimming World activity awards - Did a Step class and wow what a blast from the past - still as unco-ordinated as before but it was fun !

Being active is a key part of our Food Optimising plan for success - you dont need to run marathons or join a gym - it is just little and often and as part of your membership you get access to our online app where you can follow your own activity programme should you wish to.

When I first joined Slimming World I didn’t have many photos to share - I always blended in to the background , I took the photo - sound familiar?

Life changed I found a plan that worked for me , my family , my lifestyle- no dieting !! Did I get help with mindset changes ? New food swaps absolutely my group support was great. I couldn’t believe I could lose weight without hunger and misery 🤨

This was one of the reasons I became a Slimming World consultant- I wanted to tell everyone about our amazing Food Optimising plan , to help others feel better about themselves , enjoy their food , and lose weight .☺️😊

This promise is still the same - If you think Slimming World is for you give me a wave below or come along to one of my groups 💕 everyone is welcome 🤗
