Highly recommend Kirsten at Greens Holistic Therapies (facebook.com)! I tried her new Buccal and Vagus Nerve facial massage, and it completely changed my week. Kirsten is incredibly skilled and made me feel safe and relaxed from start to finish. The intraoral massage completely released my chronic TMJ tightness, and the vagus nerve toning left me feeling more grounded than I have in months.
