Meet Debbie 👋
The newest member of the MERN Chiropractic team and the friendly voice you'll now hear when you call us!
As our new Reception & Office Manager, Debbie will be answering your calls, booking appointments, responding to emails, and helping make your experience with MERN as smooth and welcoming as possible.
Before joining MERN, Debbie spent years at the top of her profession as an Accounts Manager for several high-profile companies. These days, she's swapped spreadsheets for school runs, boardroom meetings for snack negotiations, and answers to a much tougher board of directors... two young children! 😂
Like so many parents, Debbie knows the challenge of balancing work and family life without feeling like you're constantly being pulled in two directions.
That's why, at MERN, we've created a way of working that allows Debbie to support our patients while still being there for school pick-ups, sports days, and all those little moments that matter.
So, if you hear the occasional little voice in the background during a phone call over the summer holidays, don't worry, we haven't expanded the reception team just yet.
It's simply the sound of real life, and we're proud to have found a way of working that supports both our team and our patients.
