We run a range of services in Edinburgh, Glasgow, North Ayrshire, Dundee and Online. We offer the following services:

Playgroups for Dads and children.

👶 Expecting a baby? Come along to our Dads Antenatal Workshop!

Becoming a dad is a huge change, and there’s a lot to take in. Our antenatal workshops are a relaxed space for dads-to-be to learn practical skills, ask questions and meet other dads who are getting ready for the same big adventure. 💙

You’ll get hands-on experience of things like changing nappies and bathing babies, as well as the chance to find out more about caring for your new arrival.

🕖 7–9pm
📍 Gorgie War Memorial Hall, Edinburgh

The workshop is free to attend, with a suggested £10 donation to help cover costs.

Weekly board and card game group for Dads – Tuesdays in Edinburgh at 7pm!

Looking to unwind, meet other dads, and enjoy some games? Dads & Dice is a relaxed, friendly games night where dads come together to play, chat, and have fun – with or without their babies.

Each week we play a different board or card game, from classics to easy-to-learn new favourites. No experience necessary – just turn up and roll with it!

Great to see the Scottish Government’s Programme for Government prioritising child poverty eradication, public service prevention, and tackling misogyny.

At Dads Rock, we know that supporting fathers early is one of the most effective preventative steps a society can take. Dads play a vital role in family wellbeing, child development, and modeling positive relationships for the next generation.

We stand ready to work alongside government and local partners to ensure fathers are included in early intervention strategies across Scotland.
