If you’ve been following the IC diet for interstitial cystitis or bladder pain syndrome, cutting more and more “bladder irritants” might not be getting you any closer to understanding what’s actually driving your UTI flares.

I’ve been there. I wasted so much time and energy cutting foods, avoiding anything “acidic” and trying to control my symptoms through restriction.

✋ I don’t want you wasting the time I did or making the same mistakes.

There is so much more to chronic UTIs and IC than chasing bacteria or so-called bladder trigger foods.

If you’re ready for a different approach, join me LIVE on 31st August at 7pm (BST) for Why Your Chronic UTI Isn’t Going Away (And the 5 Things You Can Do About It).

This €9 investment could change your entire IC/UTIstrategy.

I was asked recently:

“Was your bladder healing slow or quick once you found the right balance?”

The honest answer? A bit of both.

Healing wasn’t a straight forward line.

It was layers.

🔹Longer stretches between UTIs.

🔹Going longer without thinking about my bladder.

🔹Leaving the house without planning around toilets.

🔹Harnessing absolute confidence in the approach I had chosen and then stepping away from forums and opinions from other UTI and IC sufferers.

Looking back, finding the right approach wasn’t about finding the *one* antibiotic or *one* magic supplement.

I used nutrition, supplements, pelvic floor therapy, mind-body practices, and adapted as my symptoms gradually started to improve. I was very proactive.

It was about creating the conditions for healing and allowing my body time to respond. If you’re in the messy middle of chronic UTIs or IC right now, progress that feels slow is still progress.💙

Typically healing looks less like a dramatic overnight transformation and more like subtly getting pieces of your life back.

And it’s not just my experience. It’s what countless clients tell me too. Comment WIN and I’ll send you my client success stories 👇

One of the biggest myths in the IC world is that if symptoms appear after eating a food, the food must be the problem.

I wasted so much time believing this myth too!

For some women, that becomes years of restriction without creating the relief they were hoping for.

My approach is different.

Instead of asking:
“What else can we remove?”

I ask:
“Where does your body need more support?”

What if the focus shifted towards:

• supporting the bladder microbiome
• strengthening immune defences
• calming inflammation
• helping the nervous system stop scanning for the next trigger
• helping you feel safe, confident and hopeful in your body again

That’s the work I do with women withchronic UTIs and IC.

And that’s the thinking behind my free ebook.

If you have recurrent UTIs or IC, you’ve probably come across the lists 👇

😱 Avoid tomatoes, citrus, vinegar, chocolate, coffee, spices.
For many women, that list keeps growing while symptoms stay exactly the same.

✋Persistent UTI symptoms are rarely explained by a cherry tomato or a squeeze of lemon on a salad. 🛑

What you eat really matters if you want to end the cycle of UTIs and IC flares.

And that starts by celebrating food, not blaming it. 🎉

The goal is to move away from food fear, hypervigilance and symptom chasing, towards feeling calmer around food, more confident in your body and more hopeful about your future.

IC and UTI healing and what you eat should make your world BIGGER, not smaller.💙

Want to understand why chronic UTI symptoms can persist even when your urine culture is “negative”?

Comment TRAINING and I’ll send you my free training where you’ll learn the hidden reasons UTI symptoms persist and the key drivers I investigate with clients. 👇

These are not complicated. They’re small things I repeat consistently.

• fermented foods daily
• staying hydrated while travelling
• limiting alcohol on trips
• intentional recovery after antibiotics
• D-mannose and cranberry PACs after intimacy
• one cup of polyphenol-rich foods daily
• nervous system and pelvic floor support after long travel days

The women I work with are often looking for one magic supplement. More often, it’s *the layering* that matters.

Comment TRAINING if you’d like my free training:

THE REAL REASON YOU KEEP GETTING UTIs
And How to Find Lasting Relief (Without Another Prescription)

It walks you through how to layer in these habits effectively 😄

Two women, two different stories, one common theme.

They stopped chasing symptoms and started understanding what was driving them.

Esther went from spending multiple days a week in bed with bladder pain to being flare-free for more than 18 months.

Jenna went from fearing she’d never feel comfortable again to enjoying symptom-free weeks, eating foods she loves and running a half marathon.

If you’re exhausted by restrictive diets, endless antibiotics and conflicting advice, there is another way to approach this.

🚨 Doors close Friday at 2pm BST. Only 1 consultation spot remains.🚨

Most women with chronic UTIs are doing everything they’ve been told to do, yet they’re still stuck in the same cycle of UTI and IC flare-ups.

What if we shift focus?

The goal isn’t endless dietary restriction.
The goal isn’t endless warfare.

The goal is restoring balance.

Ready to move beyond restrictive diets, endless supplements, and symptom chasing?

I’ve opened just 5 consultation spots to have a 90 minute 1-1 consultation with me.

Comment BREAKTHROUGH to uncover what’s driving your chronic UTIs or IC and together we’ll create a personalised plan to achieve fewer flare-ups, more freedom around food and intimacy, and less fear of your symptoms returning.

If you feel drawn to this, don’t wait. There’s only five spaces and doors close Friday at 2pm BST.

I see this every week. Women are experiencing real UTI-like symptoms and getting very few answers.

A negative urine culture test is not a reliable solution because the test comes with so many limitations.

If you’ve been told everything is “normal” but you feel anything but normal, comment BREAKTHROUGH and I’ll send you the details of my Bladder Breakthrough Plan.

Instead of generic advice, it’s where I can give you a tailored plan for your UTI/IC situation and together we’ll create your roadmap to bladder harmony.

Don’t sit on this. Doors close Friday at 2pm BST and only 5 spots available.
