What a fantastic two days we’ve had at Edinburgh Iyengar Yoga Centre with Sushama Chitale!

Sushama led us through an inspiring intermediate-level workshop, followed by a deeply insightful session on yoga for minor ailments. Our younger students embraced the challenge of more demanding poses and rediscovered the excitement and joy of learning. Meanwhile, experienced practitioners and teachers immersed themselves in Sushama’s depth of knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and years of experience.

A huge thank you, Sushama, for sharing your wisdom with us. We already can’t wait to welcome you back to Edinburgh next year!

Sushama Chitale, a senior teacher from the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute, is coming to Edinburgh this July. She will be teaching on 15th and 16th July at the Edinburgh Iyengar Yoga Centre.

Sushama’s teaching is warm, clear, and approachable. She will gently guide us through each session, helping us explore the practice with confidence and ease.
