It's with a heavy heart that I announce the difficult decision to cancel my Wednesday night Ladywood Pilates class due to low numbers. My last class will be June 24th.

I want to thank all my ladies and gents for their continued support, and remind you that my Wednesday evening Glencorse and Saturday morning Ladywood Leisure Centre class will still be running. 😔🙏
