Our ethos is simple - we specialise in providing household & companionship services to Edinburgh's elderly with care and dignity. We are 3rd time Finalists and current Award Winners at the Scottish Care at Home Awards 2021! We're not a large corporate company with shareholders to please; we're a small, well-formed team. We carefully select our team members and match clients with them. The role of

the family and extended family has evolved, meaning it is not always possible for family members or friends to support a loved one on a regular basis. We will assess you or your loved one's needs and agree on a domestic support package. We are active members of the Befriending Network. Just as she confidently navigates the waves, Mary approaches every care visit with the same steady hand, kindness, and determination. Whether the seas are calm or a storm is brewing, Mary remains composed, capable, and ready to help those who rely on her.

💙 Hello from the Costa del Sol! ☀️🔥

Our dedicated Catriona has been enjoying a well earned break, taking on the stunning Sierra Grazalema and averaging an incredible 10 miles of hiking each day in unseasonably hot temperatures of 30°C! 🥾⛰️

Back home, Catriona has been nothing short of an angel sent from heaven. Bringing a wealth of NHS experience, she has shared her knowledge and expertise with the entire team, helping to support and develop those around her.

Her caring nature, compassion and commitment have been invaluable to our company. The outstanding care she provides to service users, particularly those requiring palliative care, has brought comfort, dignity and reassurance to so many families during difficult times.

We are incredibly proud to have Catriona as part of our Home Help Me Care family. Whether she’s nursing service users with kindness and professionalism or conquering mountain trails under the Spanish sun, she gives her all in everything she does.

Once she was scooting round the Toon in her taxi with care,
Now Liz is supporting others with kindness everywhere.

Our Super Gran Liz swapped her taxi keys for a caring role,
Bringing comfort, companionship, and warmth that touches the soul.

With a passion for helping others and a heart so true,
She brightens the days of the service users she visits too.

Working part-time gives Liz precious family time to enjoy,
While her caring visits continue to bring comfort and joy.

She may have parked the taxi, but her journey of helping people carries on every day.

🌅 Capturing the Beauty Around Us

This stunning photograph of the Edinburgh bridges at sunset was captured by our very own Hannah Stiff. Hannah is a valued member of our office team, but she also continues to support our service users through care visits, demonstrating the dedication and compassion that make our team so special.

When she’s not working, Hannah loves spending quality time with her children and her dog, and you’ll most often find her enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery on a beach somewhere.

It was fantastic to see the office team of the Home Help Me Care family come together to share in such a special occasion. The day not only brought together our current office team but also some of our past colleagues, proving that once you’re part of the Home Help Me Care family, you’re always part of it.

Michaela looked absolutely beautiful, and it was a privilege to celebrate this exciting new chapter with her and her loved ones.
