- Bespoke Scope of Practice booklet, aligned to QA learning outcomes
- Bespoke 'Understanding Emergency Medical Conditions' booklet.
- Anatomy Worksheets to aid in the teaching sessions
- A comprehensive A to E Handout to help understand the pre-hospital structured assessment techniques

This weekend Rescue Med Paramedics were Supporting Motorsport UK Hill climb Event at Forrestburn Circuit.

We dealt with multiple crashes including a roll over entrapmenr. Everyone was assessed, treated and managed appropriately with no serious injuries.

Licenced, registered, compliant and professional.

Working alongside our Rescue Technician colleagues and local Scottish MSUK clubs. Providing Fire fighting, protection, rescue and advanced medical care to ensure safety and compliancy to the Motorsports industry.

Last weekend Rescue Med supplied several teams with 4x4 capabilities on behalf of Durty Events covering Extreme Gravel Triathlon in the West Coast of Scotland.

This week we completed the latest QA FREC 4 course. Congratulations to our delegates passing!

Our medics go through a journey of professional development that starts off with our 20 hour eLearning module. Followed by a 5 day intensive face to face course at our dedicated centre in Midlothian Innovation Centre.

We covered advanced patient assessment principles, furthering our understanding of Emergency Medical Conditions, 12 Lead Electrocardiograms, Intermediate Life Support, Assisting the Paramedic and Safe Decision Making.

Our next course starts in November 2026. Contact us for further details and start your journey this year in professional emergency pre-hospital care.

Course prerequisites: Valid FREC 3 cert (in date) and 118 hrs CPD portfolio.

We had a very busy week last week running the QA FREC 3 course and QA OOHAILS course. Thank you and well done to 11 students who passed and continue to provide life saving skills and professionalism to their roles.
