This Sunday at Sahara 🔆 Yoga for men

FREE. My final class before the Fringe is specifically for men. An hour to yourself both as a workout and chance to relax on a Sunday evening.

This is a free class designed as a taster. Give it a go with a male teacher that absolutely is not as bendy as many in the yoga world, and certainly likes his beer.

This is all about having a bit of time for ourselves and trying something that may be new. Its a bit of a workout sure, but also chance to slow down, relax and let some stress go.

This is a free class to help me gain more teaching experience as I've only recently qualified.
