Could your symptoms be more than “just one of those things”? 💬
Bleeding disorders can often go undiagnosed in women, with symptoms dismissed as normal or simply part of everyday life.
Some signs to look out for include:
🩸 Heavy and/or long periods
🩸 Bleeding that’s difficult to stop after cuts or dental treatment
🩸 Frequent or long-lasting nosebleeds
🩸 Easy bruising
🩸 Low iron, low ferritin or anaemia
🩸 Excessive bleeding after childbirth
🩸 Needing a blood transfusion
🩸 A family history of bleeding disorders
If any of these sound familiar, it could be worth speaking to your GP or healthcare professional.
