Restorative Yoga helps to still the mind, relax the body, balance the nervous systems and hold space to cultivate qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self. All in all, sounds like the perfect recipe to prepare the welcoming of not only a new year but a new decade. Join us for a 2.5hr Restorative Session in which the postures explored will help us to turn inwards and gain insight into what it is we truly seek for this new chapter that awaits us.

The countdown begins!!! 2 short weeks until Mark Stephens first visit to Scotland. For 4 full days, you'll learn from a world-class "teacher's teacher". Mark's from the original Yoga boom of California 30 years ago. He's an original Ashtangi who teaches "Y"oga. He's taught and learned from some of the world's best teachers and as a former academic researcher, it's safe to safe he knows his Yoga through and through. We've still room for 5 yogis if you'd like to join us for the whole training or as a daily drop-in.
