Anyone living in the Grampian area can access support via the healthpoint service. Speaking to an advisor will help you connect with support such as free stop smoking medications or ni****ne replacement therapy (NRT).

You can call for free on 08085 20 20 30 or email on [email protected] and an advisor will contact you.

The healthpoint service is available Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm.

💤 Sleepio – Free NHS Scotland Support for Better Sleep 💤

Sleepio is a free NHS‑recommended digital programme designed to help adults improve their sleep and manage insomnia.It uses evidence‑based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques delivered through short weekly sessions over six weeks, along with a daily sleep diary to track progress.

Sleepio is available to everyone aged 18+ living in Scotland and does not require a GP referral or prescription.

We have restocked our female sanitary products in both the reception area and the patient toilets.These items are available for anyone who needs them, at any time, and there is no need to ask a member of staff. We hope this helps make visits to the practice more comfortable and convenient.

For urgent care NHS24 should be contacted on 111.

Life threatening conditions like suspected heart attack or stroke should be directed to 999 as usual.
